Join Us for “An Unlikely Advent” – A Special Advent Bible Study
This Advent season, we invite you to dive deeper into the surprising and beautiful story of Christ’s birth through our Advent Bible study, An Unlikely Advent by Rachel Billups. In this engaging and thoughtful study, we’ll explore how God often shows up in unexpected places, through unlikely people, and in surprising ways—just as God did in Bethlehem over 2,000 years ago.
We’ll meet for three consecutive Sundays:
December 7, 14, and 21

Whether you prefer gathering in person or connecting from home, you are welcome—in-person and Zoom options will be available.
In An Unlikely Advent, we’ll journey with surprising characters from the Christmas story—those on the margins, overlooked, or doubted—and discover how their encounters with God mirror our own. From ordinary shepherds to courageous women, from spiritual seekers to uncertain parents, these stories remind us that God still works through ordinary people like us. Come expecting conversation, insight, and a meaningful way to center your heart during this busy season. No previous Bible study experience needed—just bring your curiosity and an open heart.
